Show Lambs...
HISTORY/LOCATION- We are located in the San Angelo,
Texas area, and have been raising FW and FWX lambs since
2000. Most have been fed and shown "in-house" during
that time (see Win-Place-Show pictures). However,
beginning with the 2008-2009 show season, all lambs are
being sold private treaty as our last "lamb feeder" has
graduated.
EWES-We have developed our 300+ FW ewes from Buel
Clark, Richard Long, and E. H. Brosig genetics. We
recently purchased (summer/fall 2007) the Dirk
Lindsey(Seminole,Tex) flock of Jim Miller bred Hamp ewes
(70 head).
RAMS- Our FW rams carry Buel Clark and and Pat Jackson
genes, while our Hamp rams are from Jim Miller (0816- a
Masterpiece son), Joel Lanier (Doctor J), and Jimmy
Strube (25-son of Bone originally purchased from
Hancock/Kentucky). Also, we have kept three "2008 sons"
to be incorporated into our program.
